Airline cargo management software, finally with pay-per-waybill SaaS pricing. Free to start, free to test, free to break. When you go live, you pay per waybill — no seat licences, no per-partner fees, no quarterly purchasing committee.
How it works · Flaks pricing has three steps. Starter is free forever — 1,000 production waybills a month, sandbox, public API, every cargo message format. Growth is pay-per-waybill from $0.20, with unlimited volume, marketplace integrations, and custom rate cards. Enterprise is custom: dedicated infrastructure, named SLA, and the kind of contract your legal team likes. No credit card to start. No seat licences ever.

Limits scale with the tier; capabilities do not. Even the free plan ships with the open data standard — OneRecord — the public tracking API, and the full Cargo-IMP message library (FWB, FFM, FHL, FSU, FZB). Settlement & clearing through BSP and CASS, signed e-AWB webhooks, and rate-card management are configurable from day one.

Five questions every airline cargo team asks before they swipe a card. Answered up front.
Everything except marketplace integrations and a dedicated success manager. You get 1,000 production waybills a month, the sandbox, the public tracking API, the full Cargo-IMP and CargoXML message library, OneRecord output, 5 forwarder keys, label generation, and the append-only audit trail — forever. No credit card.
One unique AWB number that touches the production environment. Quotes, sandbox bookings, status updates, label re-prints, and message replays are not metered. Cancelled or duplicate waybills are not double-counted. If you reuse the same AWB serial within a billing cycle, it's still one waybill.
When you exceed 1,000 waybills in a calendar month, when you need to publish on cargo.one or WebCargo, when you want more than 5 forwarders pushing API keys, or when you need to author custom rate cards. The day you can't do something you need is the day to move.
Because waybills are what airline cargo actually does. Seats are an accounting fiction borrowed from CRM software — they punish the airline for letting dispatchers, schedulers, and a finance team look at the system. With pay-per-waybill, cost tracks revenue. Ship more, pay more. Ship less, pay less.
Dedicated infrastructure (your own database cluster, not shared), a named uptime SLA at 99.99 %, white-label deployment if you need Flaks to wear your livery, a dedicated success manager, custom legal terms, and unlimited forwarder keys. If those don't sound like things you need, you don't need Enterprise.
